Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Weekend sessions by appointment only.  Please call the admin office Monday - Friday 9-5pm at 773-622-6218 for further information on how to get started. In addition, all prospective patients will speak with one of our lead therapists first for a complimentary phone consultation to make sure that what you are looking for Centro Castillo is the right place for you. If we are not, then we will provide referrals to you.

Providers in private practices are not considered approved providers for Medicaid or All Kids, thus we are sorry, but we cannot accept public aid.

If your insurance provider is not listed you may still have access to benefits. Please call Centro Castillo and we will inquire with your insurance provider about “Out of Network” benefits.

As a courtesy to all patients, prior to attending your first appointment, Centro Castillo will do a thorough Benefit Check and discuss with you your insurance benefits as well as your financial responsibility.

 Initial evaluation: $225

Individual sessions: $200

Family/Couple sessions: $165

Psychological Testing and Educational Workshop fees vary.

All therapists offer a limited number of sliding scale fee appointments. We also offer lower sliding scale fees with therapists in-training for those whom do not have insurance and demonstrate financial need.
