Seeking Full or Part Time Fully Licensed Clinician (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT). Spanish-speaking is preferred. Income Potential: $70,000 – $100,000+ (dependent on weekly billing hours and eligible for an increase over time)  



We also have three openings for license eligible Spanish-speaking LPC, LSW, and Post-Doc professionals looking to obtain their clinical training hours toward license.  


License eligible positions are salary plus bonus: $50,000-$59,000 

Start Date: Rolling admission, with an immediate opening currently available. 


 Requirements:


  • Spanish speaking preferred and knowledgeable of Latino culture 
  • License eligible positions are only full-time only and Bilingual proficiency is required.  
  • Maintain caseload of 17-20 (part time) or 30-35 (full time) clients per week 
  • Billable hours MUST include 2 evenings and weekend hours or 3 full evenings and no weekend required. 
  • Optional opportunity: Psychological Testing, Immigration Evaluations, and Opportunity to supervise a partially licensed therapist or intern.

 

LICENSED BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING CLINICAL supervisor (PSYD, LCPC, LCSW)

Seeking Clinical Supervisor to join our team and supervise our partially licensed clinicians.

In this role, you will both provide clinical services as well provide clinical supervision:

  • Manage a personal caseload and provide 18-20 sessions a week.
  • Provide weekly supervision to four supervisees to develop their varied clinical skill set of how to conceptualize, diagnose, and clinical writing.  
  • Review and sign supervisees notes and clinical intake reports ensuring proper and timely documentation.
  • Follow IDFPR guidelines for supervision requirements and maintain clinical supervisor training requirements for licensure. 
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate.
  • Engaging in solution-focused efforts to support staff demonstrating performance difficulties.
  • Participate as part of the supervisory team in agency wide clinical development efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Psychologist  (LCSW, LCPC, PsyD/PhD)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical supervision and management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and APA guidelines for ethical, legal, and cultural standards of care

Administrative-CREDENTIALING ASSISTANT

 

Full-Time 

Centro Castillo is an established mental health group practice looking to hire an administrative assistant.  Credentialing work is 50% of the job while the other 50% is encompassed with varied administrative duties.  We’re looking for an energetic professional who can multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment. 

Primary Credentialing Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Process therapist’s accreditation, managed care, governmental & commercial insurance credentialing and re-credentialing.  
  • Input & update provider credential databases of CAQH, PECOS, & NPPES 
  • Complete provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitor applications and follows-up as needed 
  • Maintain knowledge of current health plans and agency requirements for credentialing providers. 
  • Audit health plan directories for current and accurate provider information. 
  • Update therapist’s information in hospital information systems and respond to verification requests. 

Other Administrative Duties may include 

  • Verify insurance benefits, pre-certify procedures, and provide data needed by third parties to ensure patient services are reimbursed per fee schedule 
  • Help implement practice procedures 
  • Assist with marketing and public relations 
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to accurately document and record information. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well and communicate professionally with therapists, patients, and staff at all levels of the organization. 
  • Capable of prioritizing and organizing information to achieve a smooth flow of tasks. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role at a healthcare practice 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • A minimum of 2 years Credentialing experience in a medical office 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Quicken/QuickBooks 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred 
  • Strong organization and leadership skills

Billing Specialist


  • Accurately process and submit insurance claims for mental health services through our EHR/billing platform. 
  • Verify client insurance benefits and eligibility before services are rendered. 
  • Monitor claim status, follow up on denials, and resolve discrepancies with insurance companies. 
  • Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records. 
  • Communicate with clients regarding balances, payment plans, and billing questions with empathy and professionalism. 
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable billing regulations. 
  • Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure accurate coding and documentation. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of medical or mental health billing experience (insurance and private pay). 
  • Strong knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10 coding, and insurance claim processes. 
  • Experience with EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, or similar). 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Clear, compassionate communication skills—especially when discussing sensitive billing matters. 
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
