Seeking Full or Part Time Fully Licensed Clinician (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT). Spanish-speaking is preferred. Income Potential: $70,000 – $100,000+ (dependent on weekly billing hours and eligible for an increase over time)  

We also have three openings for license eligible Spanish-speaking LPC, MSW, and Post-Doc professionals looking to obtain their clinical training hours toward license.  

Prelicense positions are salary plus bonus: $45,000-$54,000 

Start Date: Rolling admission, with an immediate opening currently available. 

 Requirements:

• Spanish speaking preferred and knowledgeable of Latino culture 
• Prelicensure positions are only full-time and Spanish speaking is required 
• Maintain caseload of 15-17 (part time) or 30-35 (full time) clients per week 
• Billable hours MUST include 2 evenings and weekend hours or 3 full evenings and no weekend required. 
• Optional opportunity: Psychological Testing, Immigration Evaluations, and Opportunity to supervise a partially licensed or intern.

Seeking Clinical Supervisor to join our team and supervise our partially licensed clinicians.

In this role, you will both provide clinical services as well provide clinical supervision:

• Manage a personal caseload and provide 18-20 sessions a week.
• Provide weekly supervision to four supervisees to develop their varied clinical skill set of how to conceptualize, diagnose, and clinical writing.  
• Review and sign supervisees notes and clinical intake reports ensuring proper and timely documentation.
• Follow IDFPR guidelines for supervision requirements and maintain clinical supervisor training requirements for licensure. 
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate.
• Engaging in solution-focused efforts for staff demonstrating performance issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Psychologist  (LCSW, LCPC, PsyD/PhD)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical supervision and management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and APA guidelines for ethical, legal, and cultural standards of care

Centro Castillo is looking to hire an administrative assistant.  They will be responsible for staff credentialing. Credentialing work is 50% of the job while the other 50% is encompassed with varied administrative duties. We’re looking for an energetic professional who can multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.

CREDENTIALING ADMIN

Primary Credentialing Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Timely processing of initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications in accordance insurance specific requirements.
• Maintain credentialing database with electronic files including licensure, certifications, professional malpractice insurance, and other required retention documents.
• Provide general office support as related to HR.
• Onboarding of staff training.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to apply effective verbal, nonverbal, and written communication methods to achieve desired results.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, follow-up, and meet deadlines.
• Need to work effectively with all levels of an organization and feel comfortable communicating directly with patients, agencies, and clinicians.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office including Word and Microsoft Office required.
• Organize office client files including but not limited to update annual client consents
• Ability to think critically and execute projects under minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or any combination of education and experience, which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may qualify 
• Spanish Speaking required.
• One or more years of experience working in a managed care, hospital, or medical office environment preferred.
• One or more years of credentialing with primary source verification and associated credentialing processes experience preferred.
• Certified Provider Credentials Specialist (CPCS) preferred
