Therapist Position: 

Seeking Full or Part Time Clinicians (Psy.D., Ph.D., LCSW, LCPC)  We also have two openings for SPANISH SPEAKING license eligible LPC professionals looking to obtain their clinical training hours toward LCPC license.

Centro Castillo for Personal and Family Wellbeing is an established outpatient behavioral health group practice with three locations: Oak Park/Chicago boarder, Chicago’s North Side Lakeview and the Pilsen neighborhood.  We are hiring multiple positions in our various offices. The practice primarily serves Spanish and English speaking adolescents, adults, and families.


  • Spanish speaking and knowledgeable of Latino culture
  • Valid IL State clinician’s License
  • Own professional liability insurance
  • Maintain caseload of 15 (part time) or 25 (full time) clients per week
  • Billable hours MUST include 2 evenings and Saturday hours or 3 full evenings and no Saturday required.
  • Complete client progress notes
  • Submit weekly patient log for billing purposes
  • Handle rescheduling of patients when necessary
  • Timely responses to office manager inquiries
  • Optional opportunity: psychological testing

Full Time Administrative Assistant – Psychology Practice

Centro Castillo is an established mental health group practice looking to hire an administrative assistant.  We’re looking for an energetic professional who can multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Primary Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·       Credentialing of clinical staff with health insurance plans

·       Verifying insurance benefits.

·       Keeps management informed by reviewing and summarizing critical and time-sensitive information.

·       Assists with marketing and public relations.

Required Skills

·       Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred

·       2+ years’ experience in an administrative role at a healthcare practice (medical, dental, psychology)

·       Experience getting providers paneled with insurance companies

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Quicken/QuickBooks

·       Strong written and oral communication skills

·       Proficiency in Spanish preferred

·       Strong organization and leadership skills
