Therapist Position: 

Seeking Full or Part Time Clinicians (Psy.D., Ph.D., LCSW, LCPC, or LPC)

Centro Castillo for Personal and Family Wellbeing is an established outpatient behavioral health group practice with three locations: Oak Park/Chicago boarder, Chicago’s North Side Lakeview and the Pilsen neighborhood.  We are hiring multiple positions in our various offices. 

The practice primarily serves Spanish and English speaking adolescents, adults, and families. 

We offer Part-time and Full-time contractual positions.  Opportunity to grow in caseload size always available as well as to administer Psychological Assessments and Immigration Evaluations in English or Spanish. Clinical Supervision opportunity and community outreach possibilities are also available.

Healthcare Office Administrator

Our busy, patient-focused office is growing each day and needs a reliable, well-organized, experienced Office Administrator to handle the day-to-day operations for our multi-site clinical practice.  The Office Administrator will work under the direction of the Clinical Director and will be responsible for streamlining our administrative procedures and ensuring efficient practice operations.   We’re looking for an energetic professional who can multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains office services by organizing operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply orders; and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and summarizing critical and time-sensitive information.
  • Maintains office staffing by assisting in the recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training of new professional and administrative staff.
  • Maintains professional licensure records for clinical staff.
  • Assists with credentialing of clinical staff with health plans.
  • Processes payroll and accounts payable.
  • Assists with marketing and public relations.
  • Facilities management
  • Maintains a professional workplace at all times.

Required Skills

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role at a healthcare practice (medical, dental, counseling)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Quicken/Quickbooks
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Supply management experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organization and leadership skills

Please note that this position will be based at our North Avenue location but travel to our other office locations may be required from time to time.
